Former Luxperience chief executive Rosemarie Sama and current CEO Helen Logas have called a truce after parting ways earlier this year.

Last month, the former head announced her departure from the experiential trade show and the launch of a separate show LETE.

However, Ms Logas announced today the two had reached an amicable agreement that will see Luxperience go-ahead as planned and LETE cancelled for 2013 and the future.

“Exhibitors and buyers can now be confident that they can invest and participate in Luxperience, without what could have been potentially viewed as a competing event, also taking place,” Ms Logas said.

Luxperience will be held from 2 to 4 September 2013 at the Overseas Passenger Terminal in Sydney.
