Well known Australian media personality Deborah Hutton will host the 2012 Cruise Industry Awards in Sydney next month.

A former model, Deborah has enjoyed a high profile career as a television and radio host as well as a brand ambassador and spokesperson.

International Cruise Council Australasia General Manager Brett Jardine said Deborah had also sailed on a number of cruises, making her an ideal MC for the industry’s gala night.

Mr Jardine said tickets were still available for the awards night, which will be held at the Hilton Sydney on Saturday February 9.  Emirates will be the Gold Sponsor for the evening event.

The 2012 Cruise Industry Awards will see 15 awards presented across seven different categories, spanning the Australian and New Zealand cruise industries.
